| | EXXONMOBIL AVIATION ANNOUNCES NEW AVITAT FIXED BASE OPERATION IN OWLS HEAD, MAINE

FAIRFAX, VA—May 19, 2006. ExxonMobil Aviation today announced the opening of
a new Fixed Base Operation (FBO) in Owls Head, Maine (Airport Code KRKD), near
Rockland, Maine. Avitat Rockland (Maine Atlantic Aviation) is the latest
member of ExxonMobil Aviation’s premier grouping of FBOs, the Avitat network.
Avitat Rockland provides world class customer and jet fuel services and offers
a range of amenities from a pilot sleeping lounge and bath to a fully equipped
kitchen, private workspace and broadband, wireless internet access.
Avitat Rockland offers two runways, one 5,000 feet long and the other 4,000
feet, to service its planes. In addition, the facility is equipped with a
(Ground Power Unit (GPU) capable of jump starting the largest private jets, a
mechanized man lift and a tug that can maneuver even a 757. All line service
personnel are NATA Safety First and ExxonMobil Aviation PremierCare certified.
