 |  | ExxonMobil Aviation is proud to present PremierSpirit, a customer service improvement program, which now extends across the U.S., Canada, Europe, South America and the Caribbean.
PremierSpirit is designed to capture feedback on the many services offered at Exxon- and Esso-branded FBOs and Avitats worldwide, in four key areas: Customer Service, Image, Quality Control, and Sales Performance.
The program, which runs annually from July 1 to September 30, offers reward incentives for the successful completion of a specified number of customer service evaluations.
PremierSpirit is a program that welcomes feedback from schedulers and dispatchers, as well as pilots. We look forward to receiving the feedback from this larger and more complete group of aviation professionals, helping Exxon- and Esso-branded facilities worldwide to be the best they can be and provide the highest level of customer service possible.
